The role of the Network Lead Nurse

What does the Network Lead Nurse do?

The Network Lead Nurse will provide professional guidance and support to the delivery of congenital heart disease care.

The role will promote the philosophy of high quality care and service improvement across the Network, highlighting the integral part of nursing and AHP roles with the patient journey.  Through designated projects with in the network programme of work the lead nurse will lead the way for education and training, patient advocacy and engagement and pathway development.
